Create Space
For diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

For diversity, justice, inclusion and belonging
Do you want to be part of making a real difference in society? Today it is more important than ever to understand how inequalities arise and are perpetuated, but above all how we can challenge and change them. Together we can create space for a world characterized by inclusion and solidarity!

My knowledge-raising efforts are based on the following.
1. Warmer conversation climates produce warmer people.
2. These topics affect everyone, if not directly, then indirectly as they most certainly affect people around you and therefore also you.
3. When stronger winds blow, it is more important than ever to show humanity and solidarity.
4. I want to contribute to creating a society that is more inclusive and fair where curiosity trumps fear and where an "us and them" does not exist.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child
Children are our future and we all have a shared responsibility to ensure that they feel safe, are listened to and can develop as individuals.
By following the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), we can ensure that they have a safer environment and that they are taken seriously.
Inclusion is about more than just representing different socially constructed categories. It’s about creating an environment where everyone can be themselves and where unique perspectives can shine. We can’t claim to be inclusive if everyone can’t be their true selves. Let’s celebrate our differences!

Intersectional equality
By highlighting how factors such as gender, ethnicity, sexuality, disabilities, faith, and socioeconomic status impact lives, we gain the opportunity to understand inequalities in order to create inclusive solutions! We must recognize that people within the same category can have different privileges. By including intersectionality in our equality work, we can create a more just society for everyone!
In-betweenship
Harnessing the knowledge of people living in middle class is important as they have unique perspectives and insights. By embracing our different cultures and identities, we can create a stronger sense of community and understanding. Let’s use this strength to build bridges and promote diversity in our society. Together, we can show that middle class is an asset rather than a limitation!
